Your Shipping Information is Important
We’re here to remind you about some important shipping information that you should keep in mind when placing orders. It’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, zip code and phone number at checkout.

If this information is not correctly provided, there’s a chance that the shipment may be returned to sender. Unfortunately, Creme Cloud does not have a returned to sender channel to resend packages that are returned due to incorrect details. In these cases, the package will likely be lost and not delivered back to us. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds in the case of unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping information and a new order would need to be placed.

However, if you have placed an order and noticed that there is missing or incorrect information, please contact us at help@cremecloud.net as soon as possible so that we can update your info.

  • We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges incurred.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-40 days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order unless otherwise stated. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
